Styled Candle Co. will always advise you via email that your order has been shipped. If you have not received it within 2 to 3 business days, please contact us immediately. If your order is urgent and you have not received it in the expected time frame, there is no way for us to track it for you after business hours – i.e. Friday night, Saturday, Sunday or Public Holidays. We do our best to fill and deliver your order in time for your event. Again, once it leaves our studio, it is out of our hands with the courier or Australia Post. We rarely have any issues, but it is your responsibility to keep us advised if it has not been received and your event date is very near. We are able to track it and find out where it is, but again, during business hours only and before Friday lunchtime if you are expecting if for that weekend.
